For assistants

Everything the teacher does, except the money.

An assistant acts for exactly one teacher: their groups, attendance, grades, materials and collaborations. The money is closed, and every action is recorded under your name on their behalf — never under theirs.

Teaching
My classes
The groups of the teacher you work for, on the same screen they see.
Attendance
The register, the check-in, and closing the lesson.
Door check-in
The job the role exists for: the second check-in at the hall door while the teacher is inside teaching.
Gradebook
Entering marks, with the parent notified exactly as if the teacher had entered them.
Materials
Uploading and managing a group's files.

My centers
Collaboration requests with centers — sent and answered on the teacher's behalf.

Messages
You message as YOURSELF, never as the teacher. Who you may reach is scoped by their relationships, but the name on the message is yours.
Notifications
What needs you, as it happens.
Guarantees

The money is not delegated

The wallet, payouts, financial settings and managing other assistants are all closed to you. That is enforced in the system, not agreed between you and the teacher.

One assistant, one teacher

You cannot assist two teachers at once. That is enforced by the database itself, not by a condition in the code.

Your name on every action

Everything you do is recorded as "you, on behalf of them". That is not surveillance — it is what protects you: what you did is attributed to you, and what you did not do cannot be.

Been invited as an assistant?

The invitation arrives at your own email, and you set your own password — the teacher never sees it and never sets it.
